Bentley Home’s 2025 Outdoor Collection:
A Fusion of Luxury Picnic Accessories and Reimagined Furniture Design
Bentley Home unveils its inaugural picnic collection, Hyde, in response to customer demand, featuring four elegant outdoor dining pieces. The collection coincides with a refreshed outdoor furniture line, an evolved version of the popular Solstice range originally launched in 2022, available at Bentley Home’s extensive retailer network.
The highlight is a meticulously crafted woven picnic basket, showcasing a two-tone leather finish in Forest Green and Rust. Produced in a historic Tuscan factory, the basket utilizes three thousand hand-knotted cotton threads to create an intricate diamond pattern, using recycled cotton yarns in a sophisticated blend of raw and waxed tones. This basket is designed to harmoniously pair with the new collection. A double or single bottle holder and a generous woollen picnic blanket accompany the basket, enhancing its functionality.
Inside the picnic basket, customers will find a curated selection of bespoke accessories that elevate the outdoor dining experience. Included are four Italian linen napkins with refined hand-embroidered blanket stitching, four Murano glass champagne flutes brandishing the Bentley logo, a handcrafted leather cutlery case, four porcelain coffee cups, and four 16 cm Desmond Plates made from enameled copper using an ‘art du feu’ technique often seen in luxury jewelry.

Moreover, the revamped Solstice collection for 2025 reimagines Bentley’s outdoor furniture, designed by Carlo Colombo in collaboration with the Bentley Motors design team. The range features a sofa, sunbed, armchair, pouffe, coffee table, and side table, all showcasing the iconic Bentley matrix grille, reminiscent of the brand’s automotive heritage. This collection introduces two new finishes: rich matte lacquer in Forest Green or Burnt Orange, designed to complement the Hyde picnic set. These bold, nature-inspired hues accentuate the contrast between the pieces’ structural elements and the upholstery’s softness, emphasizing the comfort and craftsmanship expected by Bentley customers. The combination of luxurious materials and designs reflects Bentley Home’s commitment to providing an elegant outdoor dining experience while appealing to contemporary aesthetics.
Ben Saltmer, Product and Lifestyle Design Manager at Bentley Motors, highlighted the years of effort put into developing the Hyde picnic collection as a response to customer demands for outdoor dining solutions. The collection features a deep Forest Green and Burnt Orange color scheme that embodies a bold yet sophisticated aesthetic, aligning with Bentley’s contemporary vision. The focus on craftsmanship and practicality characterizes not only the Hyde line but also the new Solstice pieces, celebrating themes of conviviality, timelessness, and elegance.

Andrea Gentilini, CEO of Luxury Living Group, noted the expansion of Bentley Home’s retail presence, now exceeding 60 locations globally. This growth has enabled a more profound understanding of customer demands for innovation in product offerings. The Hyde picnic set is the result of collaboration with top Italian artisans, tailored to the tastes and lifestyles of Bentley’s international clientele. This new collection complements the existing Solstice outdoor furniture line, enriching the experience of outdoor living, entertaining, and dining—elements highly valued by Bentley Home customers.
